Двухдневный Главный турнир WCOOP 2010 начался в ночь на понедельник, а гарантированный призовой фонд в размере 10 миллонов долларов привлек 2443 игроков, вследствие чего окончательный призовой фонд возрос до 12.215.000 долларов. К утру понедельника остался 271 игрок, -  в таком количестве участники перешли в День 2 этого турнира, чтобы выявить победителя. <\/p>

Турнир подошел к концу после почти одиннадцати часов игрового времени, и даже такие именитые игроки, как Джейсон Мерсье (181-е место), Чед Браун (71-е место) и Алексей LuckyGump<\/em> Макаров (22-е место) вынуждены были оказаться в числе наблюдателей. <\/p>

Джейсон Мерсье покинул турнир, большей частью, из-за немецкого пользователя PokerStrategy.com tbvle, который выиграл турнирный билет в рамках акции \"50-миллиардная рука\" на PokerStars<\/a>. Именно tbvle с <\/em>KK <\/strong>ответил на префлоп олл-ин Мерсье с AQo<\/strong>, и оставил в стэке Джейсона лишь несколько больших блайндов. Таким образом, tbvle<\/em> смог удвоится и продолжил свою игру в стиле \"только QQ+\", что в конце концов привело его к 83 месту и выигрышу в размере 19.544,00$.<\/p>

Уверенная победа POTTERPOKER'а<\/h2>

<\/p>

Хотя немецкий игрок PokerStrategy.com jaybeastie по итогам Дня 1 имел второй по размеру стэк, он не сумел преодолеть путь до Финального стола. После того, как ему довольно долго не удавалось существено увеличить свой стэк, он в конце концов сполз в середину чип-каунта и вылетел на 42 месте. Утешением ему стали 28.705,25$.<\/p>

Известные всему комьюнити пользователи PokerStrategy.com eleph и overbe тоже прошли в День 2. Однако, к нашему большому сожалению, развить свой успех они не смогли. В итоге eleph<\/em> занял 232-е место ($11.604,25), а overbe<\/em> - 110-е ($17.711,75). <\/p>

Победитель турнира POTTERPOKER<\/em> поначалу не входил в число лидеров, но постоянно наращивал свой стэк, и в итоге вышел на финальный стол со значительным преимуществом. Стэк POTTERPOKER<\/em>'а размером в 15.879.027 фишек <\/em>почти в три раза превышал стэк его ближайшего преследователя, у которого было 5.783.488 фишек. У игрока с самым коротким стэком за финальным столом оказалось всего 416.280 фишек - менее 3% от стэка POTTERPOKER<\/em>'а. Постепенно поле сокращалось, пока POTTERPOKER<\/em> и joeysweetp<\/em> оказались в финальном хедз-апе. <\/em><\/p>

Перед joeysweetp<\/em>'ом стояла нелегкая задача, ведь у него было шестикратное отставание по фишкам. Затем он потерял ещё часть стэка, пока ему, наконец, не удалось удвоиться. Однако радость была недолгой, ведь немногим позже POTTERPOKER <\/em>сумел нанести последний удар, отправив joeysweetp<\/em>'а на второе место. За него он получил \"всего лишь\" 1.404.725 долларов, в то время как его торжествующий соперник смог порадоваться своим $2.278.097,50.<\/p>

На третьем месте - Russian_nuts, получивший $1.019.952,50. За этим ником скрывается известный российский игрок Дмитрий Стельмак.<\/p>
