The 3 bet bluff chart seems wrong? The hand range is identical regardless of Villain's PFR, sure this is not meant to be right. Eg would rarely 3 bet bluff Villain with PFR of <15% unless he had high fold to 3 bet stat as well? Otherwise great :-)

When I look at the value 3bet chart...as for PFR< ..do I have to look at villian overall PFR or by positons ...Thanx
