min 6:00 how would u play if u were him?
  • freeeeez

первая рука: может действительно в таких ситуациях делать небольшой рейз. это будет сильно смотреться на терне

#5 push preflop with AKs OOP and 22bb left. obv no other way to play the hand here with only that small amount of chips.

ändert mal den namen bite in: "how to play super standart hands"
  • JVV

At 16.35 is it standard to go broke with JJ there. I cant see much what I could beat after he raise shoves?
  • betstar

@#7: Dann hätte er ja nen Rechtschreibfehler im Titel ^^
  • JonathanLittle

When I get JJ with around 30bbs, I am rarely folding. After you put in 1500 and he pushes, there will be 7500 in the pot and I only have to call off 4500 to win the 7500. JJ is for sure going to win at least 40% of the time against his range, making it an easy call.

He should have pushed with AK preflop with only 20bbs. No other play makes sense at all, as you dont want to "trap" with AK because lots of flops are bad for it.

    About the first hand QQ:
do you sometimes check behind with top pair for balance? Isnt the check behind on this board after the preflop raise exploitable otherwise?
  • JonathanLittle

I do check behind hands like Ax on this board sometimes, as it has basically the same stregnth. If people realize I am only checking behind with hands like this, they can only bet hands that they think are better than my pot control range and give up with worse. Players are dumb though and try to barrel because they think I have a weak top pair and they think they can make me fold, which they cant. Basically, players try to exploit it but on save turn and rivers, they end up losing a lot of money.

There's a question about the last hand of this video. Which line with AQ do you think is optimal?
  • JonathanLittle

I think bet and call push is probably best although really, most of the lines are pretty ugly.
