Description

This is the dubbed version of a very popular German video series by ge5sterne and Insyder19. In this episode, the hands are objectively approached in the hand re-player following user Feedback to that effect, where one of the coaches is looking at the hands for the first time, to allow a fresh approach. Enjoy the video!

#6 The plan was to use a lighter accent and a clearer voice mod (compared to the first video) and wait for some feedback. You seem to know German, perhaps it would be better for you to just watch the original series - http://de.pokerstrategy.com/video/20090/ (Part 2)

    1st hand 56o.

The question is. Suppose U are the villain in that spot OOP and u have a pair of 8's.

So... on F I would prefer betting as a standard line, on T I'm still betting to, as a default (for balancing reasons as well with my bluffs, value hands and draws and of course to get lay down some floats and weak made hands--and sometimes even Jx) the real question is that to do on the river (if the case is villain call/flop, call/turn). It seems to me that I nearly always need to turn my hand into bluff and, that's more important, this is great for balancing with my value hands.
What would U do on the T? Any passive line seems bad.
So now we are on R, what would U prefer? It could be really nice to hear detailed explanation :) txs!

@10: I am not quite sure I understand your question correctly? From what I understand you are asking about our Riverplay if we barrel the Turn with 8x? I think we can't really be betting Turn and checking River in this spot. But I often also just c/f 8x here if I don't believe that Villian will give me credit for Ax on this board and just call me down lightly, given the amount of draws my perceived range includes.

    Typical "depends" spot ... ;)

    yep that's right ;)

and that U thing about owerbeting river against (taightish) reg as a solution (without big history)? As I don't have big expirence in a mean of amount of total hands played I'm not so sure about this play against fish - king of fish that is lose preflop and call happy, but what about lose fish with medium wenttoshowdown? one beauty of this play is to do it with regs with history, after we had cought doing bluff-- for the next 5k hand I would do it with my nuted hands and expect nice payout :) any suggestions?
