    First of all I want to say I find the guide and the video's very helpful to improve my self development and productivity so far. But I do have a question:

    What do you think is the best time to do exercise, like jogging outdoors?

    You mentioned that it differs from person to person when they are most productive during the day, does this also count for exercise?

    I think just an hour of coaching is enough and I would like to ask you to read the stuff people type during the coaching out loud more often, because it's hard to read when watching the video.

    it depends on the purpose of exercising of course. Do you want to lose weight, be more energized, etc.

    Yep, this counts for exercise just as well. If you're more motivated to jog in the morning, go do it then. If evening works better for you, do it then :).

    Thanks for the feedback, will try to read it more often. By the way, did you know that you can make the video full screen by pressing the button "switch to fullscreen" at the bottom right corner of the coaching player :)? That way, it is eay easier to read everything ;).
