    (Actually, the filter is called 'Other' in the new system, the 'Psychology' filter is gone. Sorry for the double comment, my mouse has been making too many unexpected clicks lately :(, I'll use a touchpad to post from now on.)

    The video sums up Jared's book pretty well. And of course I can relate a lot to double2's mistake fear and procrastination problems *hugs*

    Alas mental game study groups don't work that well, they usually degenerate into places where people rant about bad beats (mostly in 2-card cash that I don't play) instead of theoretical discussions.

    Thanks, I can confirm for me that the Journal really works, I would add that its important to use constructive language that helps fix the problem when adding to it, I do it 1st everyday with a list of daily goals and time stamps of everything I do including study and playing, also I give a rating for Play/Mental game/variance but never a money value as that is not important and that's what PT4 is for.

    I used to neglect mindset and mental approach. For example I used to finish sessions when I ran hot so to finish when I'was couples BI ahead. It's logical what double2 said in the movie that its a mistake and I am wondering why I didnt come up with it. Anyway. This series rulez
