    I am really big on doing a short physical exercise to increase the BLOODFLOW : ) it wakes you up more even then just coffee, breakfast, water, shower even though I also do all of these things. Key is that you don't exercise yourself "to death" in the sense that you start your poker session exhausted already. I swear by it, and to me it involves stretching (opens up the lungs as well) pushups and rope jumping. I wont play poker anymore without this. Walking doesnt wake me up enough though doesn't get the flow going.

    Also healthy mind in a healthy body is a core principle in my opinion, also where the acronym ASICS (from the running shoes) comes from (latin).

    Just dont understand around 25 minutes why you keep saying "wrap"all the time A457 on a 56Qr board is just an OESD!

    Your implied odds calculation with the AA and the nutflushdraw gets a bit weird and is incorrect though Kyyberi, and is not the same as you do it in the "is math that important"video you made where you did make the correct math.

    @5: Where does it go strange? I watched it and to me it all makes sense. And pretty much it is the same thing as in other video. Here we just add the fact that opponent has equity to his the full house, IF he has a set. Important thing to remember.
