PokerStrategy: <\/b>怎么会进入PokerStrategy工作的呢?\n<\/p>
\nxantos: 以前我经常玩 Starcraft\/Broodwar的游戏 - 就这样，我在2005年初开始注意到 PokerStrategy。\n<\/p>
\n刚开始，我对这个项目以及poker是抱有非常批判的看法的，也因为如此，我在2006年之前都没有开始玩poker。而后也因为我的学业到了关键的时候，同时我也开始为PokerStrategy做事，所以一直到现在我都没有很多机会好好地玩poker。不过要谢谢 onkelhotte<\/span>,和korn<\/span> & Co，我起码可以一直更新我的poker理论知识。:)\n<\/p>\n刚开始的时候我做的是英文网页的翻译工作，但是很快的，工作越来越有色彩也越来越多样化。到后来发展神速。我变得有了更多的工作要做而不是相反只有很少的工作。\n<\/p>
\nPokerStrategy:<\/b>
\n你的工作范围具体是什么呢？你可否给大家举例说说你去年工作范围内的一些工作内容呢？\n<\/p>
\nxantos: 我主要的工作就是协调培训，社区管理以及技术支持发展这三方面的工作，让它们可以很好地协调运作。另外就是要尽早地确定，哪里最需要进行改善。\n<\/p>
\n2008年我们的发展非常快。我们新增添了一些其它语言的社区，在网页上新增了许多新的内容，并且对网页的各个不同的地方进行了很多改善和发展。\n<\/p>
\n特别是我们前几周加入的新社区功能使得我们更加引人注目了 - 为此我们已经为2009年做了许多后台准备工作，可以使得PokerStrategy.com的每个部分都能够成功地得到明显的改善。\n<\/p>
\n数字显示，2008年的发展可是说是相当的成功: 我们在第四年又一次经历了一个大增长，会员人数从不到60万增长到超过140万。这样的迅速发展也给了我们一个很大的惊喜。一年内我们的论坛有超过370万的新帖。与此同时，我们根本还没有来得及增添人手，所以社区会员们偶尔觉得不是所有一切都进行的那么顺利的时候也是可以令人理解的了吧。\n<\/p>
\nPokerStrategy:<\/b> 提到社区，你是怎么看PokerStrategy的社区发展的呢？\n<\/p>
\nxantos: <\/b><\/b>国际化范围内，我们2008年实现了不少新目标，比如，我们的两个亚洲社区已经上了轨道。在我们扩张的同时，对于我们来说有两点是非常重要的：一个是所有的都还保持一个整体，另一个是连我们的德国的PokerStrategen会员也能从中获利：因为只有通过不断地扩张发展，我们才能负担起更多的投资在内容和促销活动上。
\n<\/b><\/b>\n<\/p>
\n我们的德语社区一如既往是最活跃的，光是德语论坛每天就有7千个帖子。当我看到那些多么具有创造力和聪明才智的人（好似二者合一的熔化坩埚般的效应）融入我们的社区并活跃在那里的时候，我总是一次又一次地感到非常激动， \n<\/p>
\n今年让我担心的是有时候在德语社区内出现的严厉的语气还有那些随之慢慢展开的讨论。不过，2009年的论坛不仅会更加吸引人，而且也会成为一个不仅仅是令那些老手也是令各位新手都非常喜爱的友好的地方，这点我深信不疑。\n<\/p>
\n我们想要更好的国际化，让那些不是很活跃的PokerStrategy.com的会员通过我们整齐的页面和简单的操作更积极地参与到我们中间来。这不仅仅对一般的活动有帮助，特别是对每个玩家个人也是非常有帮助的：一般积极活跃的玩家要比不活跃的玩家成功十倍以上。那些从牌局分析中获得的知识以及其他玩家在论坛上给出的鼓励和经验投入是每个poker玩家成功道路上及其重要的一块奠基石。\n<\/p>
\nPokerStrategy:<\/b>这听上去真是非常有说服力!
\n现在让我们谈论一下你的另一个工作领域吧。除了项目发展之外你还写了所谓的秘密博客- 请问你写这个博客的目的是什么呢?\n<\/p>
\nxantos: 写所谓的秘密博客的出发点是因为一直有许多新的发展话题。这些并不是总是适合写入新闻里的，写在论坛里呢，这样的新消息往往比较容易沉贴。所以我就写入博客里，用英文写，让其他语言的社区成员也可以阅读。\n<\/p>
\n今年我希望还可以经常放一些我们平时办公室里的照片到我的博客里。我非常感谢大家给出的建议，比如博客里应该写些什么，或者作为社区成员大家对什么比较感兴趣。我也考虑说服其他的写类似博客的作者，有时候也可以在我这里写点什么，毕竟一个人的表演可能对一些会员来说太无聊了。\n<\/p>
\nPokerStrategy:<\/b>你提到了办公室的生活: PokerStrategy所属公司座落在西班牙南部的直布罗陀。这听上去可是非常具有异国情调的，和普通的办公生活好像并没有什么关联。你是如何在那里生活的呢？\n<\/p>
\nxantos: 直布罗陀这一两年内肯定是脱变了!
\n不过它的确也\"独辟蹊径不食人间烟火\"了很长时间了。不过现在总算是可以让人在这里生活感觉到舒适了。\n<\/p>
也许它不能算是第二个摩纳哥，但是它也有许多美丽的地方 - 离办公室不到5分钟的路程处就是迷人的新港口区，那里有许多非常漂亮的饭店和酒馆。<\/p>
\n接近了西班牙的文化，还有那丰富多彩的闲暇时间的各种活动，从冲浪到滑雪，以及它美味的食物让我更加偏爱它。\n<\/p>
\nPokerStrategy:<\/b> 说到闲暇时间，当你放下PokerStrategy的工作和poker休息的时候，在西班牙南部都会干些什么呢？\n<\/p>
\nxantos: 我非常喜欢和这里的PokerStrategy的一班同事们一起消磨时间，要么去喝咖啡，要么喝杯啤酒-
\n只是这里的选择非常有限，大多数时候也只能又回到福斯特了。关于政治经济或者其他有趣的话题同样也可以使我过上一个美好的晚上。\n<\/p>
\n我的最大的爱好就是烹饪了。感谢这里南边的新鲜的地中海配料，我更加沉溺在烹饪里了。我希望今年可以更经常地有烹饪比赛，这可以更充分地同时表现我的竞争天赋和我的烹饪技术。\n<\/p>
\n另外我将继续和在亚琛读大学的女朋友克服远距离的困难定期保持联络和见面。幸运的是作为大学生的她，时间安排可以非常灵活，才能够经常来我这里相聚。而当她不在的时候，我偶尔还可以玩玩StarCraft呢。 \ud83d\ude09\n<\/p>
\nPokerStrategy:<\/b> 你是怎样迎接新年的呢？是不是在直布罗陀度过除夕的呢？\n<\/p>
\nxantos: 十二月中在亚琛举行的社区聚会之后，我不幸得了感冒。虽然用了Wick Daymed (我建议大家不要用!)感觉舒服了些,但却是假象。因此我的感冒在圣诞节直到新年都还迟迟不愈。\n<\/p>
\n为了进入新年后可以精力充沛地重新回到直布罗陀的工作中去，我选择了新年和家人一起度过，这可是我十年来第一次又在家里度过新年 – 感觉真的不错哦。 \ud83d\ude42\n<\/p>
