各位PokerStrategy的XDJM大家好！我是Kai，来自中国哈尔滨。在此我想要先感谢PokerStrategy给我这次作为社区经理为大家服务的工作机会。<\/p>

通过02年的联合办学我有机会登陆英国Bradford University学习深造，直到06年研究生毕业。期间的打工经历让我有接触过涉及客服与管理经验的相关工作，最近的当属过去两年中任职英国博彩公司StanJames中文部。<\/p>

当时公司主要服务群体就是针对全球华人客户，工作范围分两大类：体育博彩与线上游戏。而主要的工作内容包括维持中文部合理、平稳发展，维护客户账户，回复客户的电话、电邮，中文部的市场开发与联盟合作等等。而当时的线上游戏主要指的就是StanJames的线上扑克室，由于工作需要，为了解决客户在扑克游戏中可能遇到的任何问题，我们自身便需要掌握一定的扑克知识并具备一定的扑克技能。<\/p>

出国前我对此类扑克游戏一无所知，当到了StanJames工作时由于工作需要便四处寻找相关知识。在和一个客户聊天的机会下被介绍来到PokerStrategy的网站，随即便被其完善的扑克知识体系、专业的教学与丰富的资源所吸引，随即有进行阅读，但并没有像网站要求的那样系统、详细。尽管当时StanJames公司也有进行相关培训与介绍，外加自己平时也会与同事、朋友们玩牌，可知识上的积累与PokerStrategy的专业比起来依旧差距甚远。<\/p>

简单说是共同建设完善中文社区并使PokerStrategy在华人中家喻户晓这当然是根本目标，为大家提供更多, 更好, 更专业的产品和服务, 从而和整个中文社区及会员们一同成长，当然这一切都离不开大家的鼎力积极支持与帮助。<\/p>

由于之前工作的需要，我们经常会搞一些促销活动来回馈会员们的积极性。来到PokerStrategy后我同样希望能看到积极活跃的会员以及蓬勃发展的社区，这样我们也可以尝试多举办一些社区活动或扑克比赛，从而使每个人有面对面竞技、交流的机会，大家可以一起玩牌、讨论并学习，从而使咱们中文社区的发展步入一个良性循环。<\/p>
