\nJim Ryan，作为PartyGaming的新主席，最近向公众发布了一个新消息。PartyGaming与美国纽约律师办公室之间的诉讼即将告一段落：\n

\"我们与美国政府之间的对话还在继续。我们很肯定能在这一问题上得出一个满意的结果，正如所说的一样，我们现在对时局未能有所掌控，不过我们对此仍然感到乐观。我们相信问题将在不久之后得以解决。<\/i>\"<\/p>\n

这起法律纠纷源于Party Poker方面在2006年UIGEA(线上非法博彩条令)颁布之前接受了美国公民的所谓的“非法下注”。 在此条例颁布之后，PartyGaming在美国受到极大压抑，生意少了lost 50-75%。<\/p>\n

尽管在UIGEA颁布之后扑克产业并没有完全萧条，不过PartyGaming作为一个大公司并不打算用股东的利益去冒险行事。也许这个解决方案会让PartyGaming从诉讼中解脱出来，并在以后有一个更好的解决问题的方案 — 和其他公司合作也许是一个不错的办法。<\/p>\n

而对于PartyGaming是否会回到美国市场的问题， Ryan 说道：<\/p>\n

\"我们不会进入这么一个法律胡乱管制的市场。不过在有一个更好的法律环境之后我们会考虑这件事。因此我们现在仍然积极的寻求一种解决此问题的方法，事实上，加强我们自己本身的实力和口碑才是解决办法的关键。直到这一天到来之前，我们都不会再考虑美国市场。<\/i>\" \n<\/p><\/div>
