\n此和解属于庭外和解，PartyGaming作为PartyPoker<\/a>的母公司，答应支付1.05亿美元作为赔偿。此后USAO方面也不会对PartyGaming对美国客户提供线上服务提出诉讼。<\/p>

当2006年极具争议的非法线上博彩管理条例（UIGEA）通过的时候，Partygaming公司就意识到他们会在未来的日子和美国政府进行一起漫长的诉讼。 <\/p>

他们和美国司法部进行了旷日持久的讨论，最近终于得出了结论。Party Poker答应支付1.05亿美元以求庭外和解。<\/p>

尽管代价昂贵，但是对PartyGaming来讲未尝不是一个好消息。在伦敦股市上，他们的股票今天达到了219便士。 <\/p>

随着这起官司的尘埃落定，Party poker及其子公司会给其他公司一个模板以解决类似事件。不过最大的好处还在于美国市场可能将对欧洲运营商重新开放。\n<\/p>

\n  代价不菲，但是不算坏 <\/span>\n<\/div>
\nPartyGaming首席执行官Jim Ryan在新闻发布会上说，\"我们和美国政府之间达成的这一协议对我们公司来说意义重大，尽管这个案件旷日持久并且复杂，但是我们最终也和USAO(美国律师办公室<\/i>)最终达成了这一协议。这对我们公司和持股人来说都是好消息，我们现在可以更好的配置我们的资源，以求达到更高的高度。<\/i>\"\n

作为协议的一部分，公司方面接受了一份所谓的\"事实陈述<\/i>\"，内容涉及到公司违反UIGEA经营其业务。作为事实陈述的一部分，公司在2006年10月13日之前，确定了在法律已经明文规定在1997年到2006年间已经禁止的时候还在继续为美国玩家服务。\n<\/p><\/div>
