\nproclam：大家好！我是proclam，名字随便起的。我来自广东湛江，和大多数同学一样也是80后。之前做过IT和销售，在没接触德州扑克前主要是炒证券，现在发觉打牌和证券也有着许多共通点，这对我的打牌也有一定的帮助。现在我就全职炒股和打牌。\n<\/div>\n

\nproclam：炒股教会我如何在输赢面前保持良好的心态。而这也是扑克所需要的。输赢是常事，但要做到稳定盈利就必须输时少输，赢时多赢。炒股交易强调止损，我觉得打牌也是这样，相信很多人打牌时都有这样的经历：常常知道自己已经落后了，却还是忍不住跟了对手的一个大注，或者all in一了百了。这是打牌的大忌。 \n<\/div>\n

<\/p>\n

\nPokerStrategy.com<\/b>：说到心态，那你觉得它在打牌过程中起到了什么作用？\n<\/div>\n

<\/p>\n

\nproclam：我觉得心态是打牌中至关重要的因素。比如你在打牌时出现on tilt的情况，很容易就会情绪失控，如果不能平静下来调整好情绪，思考大亏的原因而继续蛮上的话，常常会导致一蹶不振，持续亏损。知易行难，时刻保持积极良好的心态。能做到这样不是那么容易的，所以需要时刻提醒自己。 \n

当然了，打牌中除了心态，还需要技术！技术是基础，如果没有好的技术基础和经验累积，心态再好也白搭，随时成为一条无论输多少也还是乐呵呵的Fish而已。<\/p>\n

“捕鱼反被鱼咬”<\/i><\/h2>\n

\nPokerStrategy.com<\/b>：你是怎么进入扑克这一行的？<\/p>\n

proclam：应该是缘分吧，去年初在一个股友的博客第一次听说德州扑克，那时有点好奇不过也没在意，直到7月分，有一天在网上闲逛上了个扑克网，就随便注册了一个账号试试，过了几天又发现了我们学校，一看有那么多的文章和视频，才知道原来德州扑克还有那么多的讲究，当时我可真是兴奋极了！ <\/p>\n

如果不是来到学校，估计我在短时间内是做不到稳定盈利的。策略文章和视频，还有上辅导员的课，对我的帮助实在是很大，我在学习的时候每天都能感觉到自己在进步，同时也发现自己的不足。 <\/p>\n

PokerStrategy.com<\/b>： 可以简单描述下你一天的生活吗？<\/p>\n

proclam：噢，我的生活很简单。我女友是教师，每天早上7点送她到学校后我就开始了一天的工作。泡上一大杯咖啡，打开Pokerstars和股票行情软件，就这样一直工作到下午5:30。如果那天感觉打的hands不够，晚上还会加班，否则就看策略和视频，上辅导课。<\/p>\n

PokerStrategy.com<\/b>：那你是怎样在学习策略和打牌之间安排时间的呢？<\/p>\n

proclam：我还是新手的时候，我会看完相关的策略和视频，再上桌实践，每个session休息时会在HM回顾打的不好的牌局。 到了现在，我每天大概打一万手左右，一般是8-10个小时。虽然视频和策略文章基本都看过了，但还没完全吸收，我打算抽时间再复习一下。<\/p>\n

PokerStrategy.com<\/b>：我看你是玩24桌的，有什么特别的原因吗？<\/p>\n

proclam：一开始我也觉得自己做不到，后来看见NL25很多BSS的玩家都是24桌，特别有个人一直是我这个级别的目标，我希望自己能向他一样，所以就开始尝试，现在感觉还不错。有位更厉害的玩家还24桌6max NL1000-2000呢，我希望哪天自己的水平能以他为目标。 <\/p>\n

PokerStrategy.com<\/b>：可以跟我们说说你自7月加入学校后玩牌的经历吗？<\/p>\n

proclam：一开始我玩SSS，用学校的启动金在FTP从NL10打到NL50，盈利和反水不到$1000吧，后来遇上了特恐怖的下风期，差不多就破产了。那时我很纳闷，为什么之前可以赢利的打法现在就不灵了呢。我开始比较SSS和BSS，觉得自己可能更适合BSS。所以就回到Pokerstars，账户上还有$12，那时运气不错，我先用SSS在NL10上把资金积累一点，然后就改打BSS，边学边打，一周多有了$500左右。之后升级到NL25又输了不少，慢慢的我开始总结出一套打法，在NL25也就越来越有经验了。现在是NL25 24桌，正在向SN进攻，到了SN之后就不打算升级NL50FR了，可能会转6max和MTT。 <\/p>\n

PokerStrategy.com<\/b>：SSS和BSS会适应不同的人，我们很多SSS的会员也是很成功的。关键就是每个人要找到适合自己的类型。对你来说，你很快就找到了自己的类型。那除了早期在FTP的那个下风期，你转BSS后有没有再出现过下风期？<\/p>\n

proclam：有，还蛮严重的。不过现在想来主要还是心态出了问题。那天我为了找几条鱼报仇，追踪他们上了NL50，一心只为一血前耻，结果鱼没抓着反给别的老渔民狠揍一顿，当晚完全失控，一下子巨亏。接下来好几天都不能走出那晚的阴霾，那段时间每天上线第一件事就是搜索Fish ID，Fish上哪我上哪，一给他们BB就on tilt，就想报仇。现在想来真的很可笑，有些Fish玩牌没有规律，你琢磨不到他下一步怎样打，再加上自己轻敌，不是有句话说乱棒打死老师傅吗？现在我有时还是会被鱼咬，不过情绪没那么容易失控了，也许这和Bankroll的充足有一定的关系吧。 <\/p>\n

PokerStrategy.com<\/b>：所以说，就算捕鱼也是要策略和技巧的。那说到你的Bankroll，你觉得应该怎样管理资金？<\/p>\n

proclam：资金管理真的很重要，永远不要冒险跨级去\"赌\"！当你在某个级别打的挺自在时，不要急着升级，应该继续留在那里，先累积足够的资金再考虑升级。对我来说，我认为BSS最好有个100buy-in升级比较稳妥，毕竟要考虑到下风随时可能降临，你必须能够承受得起 <\/p>\n

“我爱策略”<\/i><\/h2>\n

\nPokerStrategy.com<\/b>：你5个月就由新手升钻，对于向钻石冲刺的会员，除了之前所说的心态，资金等，还有什么建议吗？<\/p>\n

proclam：多学习策略，多思考牌局，然后就是要多打，经验的积累是建立在一定的hands上的。对我来说，又要提到学校的教学了。这是我的切身感受， 我觉得从新手级别的文章和视频一直学下去，那么你的hold'em技术最起码也有个很系统的基础了。然后上辅导课时看辅导员是如何实践的，这的确帮助很大。<\/p>\n

PokerStrategy.com<\/b>：对我们提供的教育，论坛和推广活动，你最喜欢哪部分呢？<\/p>\n

proclam：还是教育部分。内容实在太丰富了。我希望学校能增加高等级的现金和MTT的翻译视频。我知道其他语种还有很多高品质的视频，我真是一个都不想漏掉，可惜外文又不行。<\/p>\n

PokerStrategy.com<\/b>：谢谢你的建议，我们今年的目标也是出一些高品质的视频。我看到你现在开始在论坛上写你的'扑克之旅'<\/a>，也经常参与回答其他会员的问答。你觉得多参与论坛有什么不同吗？<\/p>\n

proclam：毫无疑问的，相互交流、分享经验对牌技的提高非常大，比如策略板块能看到不少复杂的牌局，了解别人是怎么处理的，这对你以后遇上同样的情况时如何去应对会有很大的帮助。 <\/p>\n

PokerStrategy.com<\/b>：你觉得升级成为钻石后有什么不同？<\/p>\n

proclam：哈哈，最大的不同就是我能看到更多的策略和视频了，如果能时不时对钻石会员增加奖励那就更好了。 <\/p>\n

PokerStrategy.com<\/b>：好，最后一个问题。2009年已经过去了，你的成绩很不错，那对2010年在扑克上有什么打算？<\/p>\n

proclam：我现在的目标是在Pokerstars达到SN，之后会转6max和MTT，如果能取得不错的成绩我会想转成职业，毕竟德州扑克在国内才萌芽，发展空间是很巨大的！<\/p>\n
