Carlos Mortensen昨天在WPT好莱坞扑克公开赛夺冠，也使自己在WPT赛事中的冠军头衔个数追上了Gus Hansen。<\/p>

作为第一名闯进决赛桌的Mortensen，在比赛还剩下3个人的时候一度被打成小筹码选手，不过最终还是笑到了最后。值得一提的是，同桌竞技的还有3次闯入WPT赛事决赛的Chris
\nBell和4名线上职业扑克玩家。<\/p>

随着第三次在WPT赛事上夺冠，Mortensen (右图)将自己在扑克世界的声望继续往上提升。当然不仅仅是获得冠军奖金($5,754,308)这么简单，而是在WPT赛事中获得冠军的次数也追平了Gus Hansen。<\/p>

Mortensen同时也是扑克世界第一位拥有WPT世界冠军赛 (2007)冠军头衔和WSOP主赛事(2001)冠军头衔的扑克玩家。<\/p>

决赛单挑局他的对手是来自伊利诺斯州的线上职业扑克玩家Mike Mustafa，其中关键的一局里，Mustafa在button位置用T-9o<\/b>跟注， 而Mortensen底牌是8-7o<\/b>，他选择了让牌。翻牌圈来了T-9-6<\/b>，两人看来都拿到了想要的牌。Mustafa的两对，Mortensen则拿到了顺子。 于是没有悬念的双方选手的所有筹码都在翻牌圈下进了底池，Mortensen的顺子最终赢下了这一局，让他占到了最高领奖台上。<\/p>
