Legal issues haunt Mizrachi in 2010<\/h2>

根据Deliverance方面提出的要求，Mizrachi 因为跟Tiltware签约一事违反了之前他们的协议，因为根据协议规定，他将身穿带有Deliverance标志的衬衫，帽子等衣饰出现在比赛的公共场合。 <\/p>

Mizrachi和Tiltware方面只提到Deliverance为此提出的赢利损失，应获利润和赢利能力。而并没有提到为此向Mizrachi和Tiltware提出的索赔金额。<\/p>
