原因几乎总是这个奖牌的另一面，也就是在心理和方法上控制自我的能力<\/b>。这里有几个你们可以考察自己这方面能力的问题：<\/p>

1. 如果一辆车在你面前晃悠，挡住了你的路，你会发怒吗？<\/p>

2. 你每次吵架都要占理吗？<\/p>

3. 你不具备耐心吗？每次都试图不浪费时间吗？<\/p>

4. 你会在游戏不利时敲桌子和叫喊吗？<\/p>

5. 你会接受在你面前的每次挑战吗？<\/p>

6. 你会在失利的情况下，试图把损失捞回来吗？<\/p>

7. 喝酒疲劳的情况下，你也玩扑克吗？<\/p>

8. 你能够认识到你玩游戏时钱的价值吗？如果设想到你能用这些钱买的东西时，你会紧张吗？<\/p>

每个答案为是的题目，都会给你提出了一个阻碍你成功的潜在问题。为什么？<\/b><\/p>

1. 在扑克游戏中不能被自己的情绪所影响。<\/u>你们肯定认识所有的当头一棒和输牌局。这并不能改变针对每个新的具体情况重新作出正确决定的事实。而这个决定和你们的感情现状无关。<\/p>

2. 作为扑克玩家要时刻进行自我批评。<\/u>你们首先要对那些出错误的牌面放大，以便将来不再重犯同样错误。<\/p>

3. 耐心与原则性。<\/u>扑克的成功是要长远的看的。你们必须能够，看破几周连续不断的失败结局，将自己全部集中于游戏本身，见1。<\/p>
