时间管理与运筹出于很多原因很重要：<\/p>

量化<\/b><\/h1>

扑克具有一种诱惑力，能深深的影响一个痴狂的着迷者的生活。还没有意识到之前，人就已经被左右，而且作出损害自己前途的事。对很多人来说，扑克是个配角，也将一直保持如此。它也应该是处于不重要的配角位置。不能将学习，职业，社会交往等排挤掉。出于这个原因，应该认真考虑扑克该占用多少时间的问题。最后一步要决定的是严格遵守制定的时间计划。<\/p>

白天<\/b><\/h1>

集中注意力能力<\/b><\/h2>

如果开始一定金额的游戏，那么就应该尽力拿出最好的状态。很多人在晚上的注意力下降。周末应该尽力将扑克游戏安排在白天。<\/p>

以对手为导向<\/b><\/h2>

网上扑克最多针对的是美国人。他们什么时候最脆弱？深夜和凌晨。如果我是扑克高手，那么就早上5，6点起床。给自己一小时时间清醒，然后开始工作。遇到的对手这时候比较累了，饮了酒，而且粘在游戏里。最后一点很有趣。很多对手当他们落后时不能停止游戏。他们不停的扩展牌局，也就更加疲惫。另一些人由于缺乏耐心而打得激进。另一些会换到高的级别，因为跨越幅度大，很快成为输家。相对自己的现有级别他们并不成熟。也是你们所在级别的潜在猎物。<\/p>

睡眠规律<\/b><\/h2>

谁在输牌时候有不能停止的问题，如果上床前游戏，显然就会自然的存在睡眠不规律的问题。<\/p>

睡眠质量<\/b><\/h2>

有人深夜扑克会导致睡眠不好。<\/p>

周末<\/b><\/h1>

根据经验周末的牌局要比一周中间的合算。一方面是因为弱的对手很多，另一方面是饮酒的人比一般情况下要多。<\/p>

固定时间<\/b><\/h1>

最理想的是固定时间（见1.）应该让自己能够在输牌的情况下停止游戏。失败除了牌面的原因外经常还有其他原因。也许是因为对手很强或者自己不在状态，没有打出最好水平。如果一切很好，而且有很多弱对手，就可以考虑延长时间。这是适用于，其他重要事情不被排挤的情况下。<\/p>

休息<\/b><\/h1>

少数人能够连续玩8个小时，并且水平保持一致。应该培养能感觉出何时自己需要休息的能力。特别是在游戏不顺利的时候，更需要休息。更多见此链接。<\/u><\/p>

理论和实践<\/b><\/h1>

对于很多人来说游戏能比学习带来更多乐趣。但是同时不要忘记：长期来看，多读书会带来更多的金钱。我认为一小时阅读和三小时游戏是比较理想的。大部分人肯定坚持不了。那就试一下一比五的比例吧。<\/p>

固定目标<\/b><\/h1>

目标只是对理论方面比较有意义。应当规定处在什么时间阅读什么材料。实践方面，不要给与压力。这里决定晋级的是自己的资本额。<\/p>
