在上一篇文章中(转至文章<\/a>) ，我们勇敢地面对“情绪失控”的问题，并且学习了如何避免这种情况的发生。我们主要集中分析了准备工作、个人态度和牌桌选择。今天，我们将讨论“止损规则”、资金管理及其它和失控的关系，另外还有一些其它的因素。<\/p>\n\n\n

止损规则（DOWN-RULE）<\/b><\/p>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>

如果你认为自己正处于失控的危险之中，对你的亏损加以限制是一个明智的做法，一旦亏损达到这个限额就立刻离开牌桌。这和情绪波动没有关系：“今天不是属于 我的，我非常不走运...”这种说法在这里不适合。只要你能控制自己并且避免失控，那么继续游戏也很好。但是，你在经过一系列的亏损和令人讨厌的bad beats后还能防止失控的发生吗？你能坦白地说，你仍然在以自己最好的水平进行游戏吗？<\/p>

这听起来很保守，但是我通常遵守“3个买入筹码”的止损规则。虽然我不是那么容易失控，但为了慎重起见我在亏掉超过3个买入筹码后就立刻结束游戏，<\/p>

我在无法避免的情况下很不走运而亏掉最初的两个买入筹码，这种情况十分可能发生。第一手牌是我的对K碰到对手的对A，我可能会面临小三条对大三条的情况， 或者在一个没有加注的底池用两个顶对碰到对手的一手顺子。我十分肯定自己在正确地玩牌，我只是发现自己处于困难的情况之中。但是我是如何输掉自己第四次和 第五次筹码的呢？最初的亏损对我有负面的影响吗？我玩边缘牌过份了而指望自己遇到好运了吗？过早地结束游戏分析牌局，直到头脑清醒后才重新开始，这有什么 错吗？<\/p>

你在遭受如此的打击后是很难发挥最佳水平的-为了挽回损失你很可能去赌博。有时你很难意识到自己已经失控了-你可能只是在翻牌前做些边缘的决定。你会突然发现自己面临更多棘手的情况，你的筹码又一次耗尽了。<\/p>

不断地在论坛上贴出自己不幸的牌局是不够的。玩家应该分析游戏的进程，根据打错的牌来判断有多少亏损是由于失控而导致的。为此，这样就很容易评估失控是如何影响你的赢率的。<\/p>

我认为把10个买入筹码的亏损完全归咎于坏运气的说法是不可靠的，因为一个玩家在亏掉几个买入筹码后不可避免地会失去注意力。在只亏掉3个买入筹码后结束 游戏可以防止问题的的扩大，防止扑克资金大的滑落。一旦我亏掉两个买入筹码，为了避免过早地结束此次游戏，我会克制自己发挥最佳的水平。<\/p>

资金管理（BRM）是成为职业玩家的先决条件。一些有才能的玩家甚至只是在掷硬币的机率下输了一轮就开始变得失控起来，而把自己的资金置于危险之中。你越 是倾向于失控，你的资金管理就越应该保守。显然，在保守的资金管理方式下亏损比在激进的方式下亏损同样的数额让人感受到的痛苦程度要小些。你必须给自己提 出的问题是-我的资金管理方式对我在牌桌上的决定有影响吗？<\/p>

你在顺利时采取激进的资金管理方式可以很快地升级，但是当你亏掉几个买入筹码时，你必须与升级时一样快地降级。许多玩家发现降级在精神上难以接受，认为自 己失败了。采取保守的资金管理方式要花更多的时间才能升级，但是度过下风期方面变得更加容易，也容易继续保持在同样的级别里游戏。两种方式都有它们的优点 和缺点。持续采用激进的资金管理方式需要更强的纪律性，而这是很多玩家所缺乏的，不过，你可能会更珍惜每一个筹码。按理说，如果我们把激进的资金管理方式 和“止损规则”（亏掉3个买入筹码后结束游戏）结合起来，这将减少发生失控的风险，因为我们认识到每个筹码的真实价值。最后，你需要选择一种资金管理方式 来最小化失控以及破产的机率。你的目标应该是平稳地升级，不要让你的资金误导你在牌桌上的决定。对于这个话题没有明确的答案，这取决于个人的偏好。<\/p>\n\n\n

遗憾的是，许多玩家在一个对手频繁亮出badbeats的牌后不停地辱骂和挖苦时变得火冒三丈并咒骂对方。玩家们互相攻击试图引起牌桌上其他人的注意，并 且攀比谁的赢率大。用这种方式来说明自己是一个胜利的玩家难道不是很幼稚吗？你只能促使差的玩家离开这张牌桌，潜在地给既紧又激进的玩家进入牌桌的机会。 在聊天时情绪失控很难给你带来正的期望收益，这实在是没有什么益处。<\/p>

如果你忙于聊天，特别是同时在多张牌桌上进行游戏时，那么你就不可能保持注意力的集中而发挥最佳的水平。失控的玩家注意力不能集中，浪费本可以用来处理数 据分析对手的时间。完全关闭聊天窗口是一个容易的解决方法，或者暂停时只说“打得好”和表示友好的“你好”。我们的目的是打出水平，而不是激怒对手。<\/p>
