不能控制情绪的玩家从长远看终究会失败<\/h1>

在扑克的心理学方面对成功影响最大的是情绪容易失控的问题。<\/p>

“情绪失控”的许多方面将是这次指导的话题。我们在简介部分将言简意赅，因为打过扑克的任何一个玩家十分熟悉“情绪失控”的问题。<\/p>

这个话题是现实的。如果你想认真对待扑克，这是一个你可以避免的问题。一旦你达到某一水平，你的扑克生涯将取决于你对这方面的管理。如果你有情绪失控的倾向并无法控制自己，那么即使你能赚钱，你最终也只会有极少的收益。<\/p>

我在夸大其词吗？一点也没有。随着玩家的技术水平越来越趋于平均，管理情绪的问题也越来越重要。 - 一旦你达到中等的游戏级别，这将是你所面临的实际情况。<\/p>\n\n\n

情绪失控<\/i><\/b>
<\/i><\/p>\n

<\/i>情绪失控是一种心理状态，处于这种状态的玩家不能作出理性的决定，而是让情绪影响他的的游戏。<\/p><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>

一旦你不能再依靠针对对手的技术优势，偏差（variance）和它所伴随的的波动将成为游戏中较大的一部分。你的精神力量，即抗失控（tilt-resistance）和在压力下保持冷静的能力将突显出其重要性。简单的说就是: 你的心理情绪\/态度的重要性提高。<\/p>

很明显，一个玩家必须致力于发展游戏的心理和精神方面。这种发展与你的个性和特点结合在一起。你和对手如何处理你的个性和个人的弱点构成扑克中最吸引人的其中一面。<\/p>

 <\/p>

情绪失控 - 扑克的另外一面<\/h2>

即使我们期望不会发生情绪的问题: 但当我们在承受压力时，急躁、生气、情绪的上下波动、绝望、烦躁、注意力涣散、忧虑等问题变得更加明显。<\/p>

这是扑克的另外一面，你不会在任何光鲜的广告中找到它。情绪失控的问题不仅仅对许多玩家的游戏有害，而且这些问题穿透到他们的私人和社会生活，给它们造成损害，甚至把它们置于危险之中。失控夺走你正确的发泄途径（为了缓解游戏时的压力），结果让你的扑克资金急剧下降。<\/p>

迄今为止，“扑克界”是如何处理这个问题的呢？回答是:几乎根本没有人提到过这个问题。某些人似乎持一种根深蒂固的态度，他们认为只有女人和小孩才有这个问题。我们看到像Doyle Brunson这样的扑克恐龙在电视上谈到他长达半个世纪之久扑克生涯中的(有些不合法)逸闻趣事，屋顶上有狙击手实弹待发，玩家们真是在冒掉脑袋的危险在游戏。情绪失控与之相比不是微不足道吗？但有人在许多的电视扑克秀中看到Brunson这位有很高认知能力的玩家在经受了一连串bad beats后也会有心绪不宁的表现。<\/p>

这同样也适用于有数十年经验的第二代扑克之星们，如Ted Forrest或Barry Greenstein。你很少听到有关他们在日常的扑克生活中如何处理情绪失控的问题，但事实是，这些扑克之星也必须面对这个问题。有些玩家能很好地管理情绪; 另一方面，有些大名鼎鼎的玩家由于失控的问题而导致资金持续受到威胁，他们在经过多年的成功之后仍然在悬崖的边缘游走。<\/p>

除了获利和提高你的打法，我们还要考虑另外的一个重要方面: 随着扑克在当今世界吸引了大量的观众，我们不仅要应对批评和反抗来自朋友和家人的偏见，而且要向那些设法禁止或过度监管游戏的立法者大声清楚地表明看法。当专家从身心健康或社会的角度去宣传时，人们纷纷响应限制扑克的措施，而数百万的人们、朋友、老公和父亲处于情绪失控的“危险”之中。<\/p>

明确了情绪管理对于你的扑克生涯的重要性，第二个问题出现了:为了防止情绪失控你能做些什么吗？还是说容易失控就是性格的问题 ？如果你能做些什么，到底是什么呢？<\/p>

我假设人们能朝好的方向改变他们自己，特别是在他们的思维方式上; 通常，我们无法改变外部的力量。我无法影响发到什么牌或选择游戏的对象... 但是，我能决定如何对情况作出反应。 借用Klaus Kinski的一句话 (他说, \"我决定谁触怒了我\")<\/p>
