制定与达到目标：从愿景到具体目标<\/h1>

对于大部分人来说，生活中有些事是希望在将来能够实现的。所有这些事合在一起就能给你构成一副将来生活的画面－你的愿景。<\/p>

愿景是你对未来的想象<\/h2>

愿景是你对未来生活的想象。它基本上是不确切切不可测量的。你也许会有“活得更健康”，“有一份职业”，或者类似得愿景。但是你大概从来不会真正去问自己那些愿景具体意味着什么。所以要想确定愿景在时间或者状态上实现的一个点是很难的。因为没有一个清楚明确的最后状态，实现愿景的旅程几乎没有清楚和直接的。<\/p>

设定S.M.A.R.T.的目标<\/h2>

要想让你的愿景变成现实，首先应该从你所想要达到的模糊的愿景中获得具体的目标，并且清楚地定义它们。这可以由一个或者多个目标构成，取决于你的愿景的大小。每个目标都应该S.M.A.R.T.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

目标是准确，清楚且精确规划的。它陈述的是应该达到哪个目标。<\/p>

Measurable（可测）<\/h3>

目标是可测量的，它包含了让你知道何时达到目标的标准。<\/p>

Attractive（诱人）<\/h3>

规划诱人的目标。目标越诱人，你努力实现它的动力就越大。<\/p>

Realistic（现实）<\/h3>

给自己设定具有挑战性但又现实的目标。你可以想想自己已经在这一领域实现了的目标作为参考点。从这点起，你还可以取得多大的进步。<\/p>

你还应该诚实地评估实现目标的道路上仍然存在的障碍。<\/p>

Timed（限时）<\/h3>

目标包括了你想要实现它的具体日期。根据目标的类型和大小，以及个人情况，你必须定一个时间范围，保持现实。你可以用过去达到类似目标所用的时间作为参考。<\/p>

他想要把扑克作为一份兼职，利用赢利支付上学期间的生活开销。<\/p>\n

Specific（具体）：<\/strong>他的扑克赢利应该超过他的生活开销。<\/p>\n

Measurable（可测）：<\/strong> 他的生活开销每月需要€1,000（房租，生活用品，学费，休闲）。所以乔治需要战胜NL100,由于他每月大50k手牌，因此至少要做到2bb\/100。<\/span><\/p>\n

Attractive（诱人）：<\/strong> 弹性大，不用坐班，有趣，自由。<\/p>\n

Realistic（现实）：<\/strong> 他现在打的是NL25，想要上升两级是具有挑战性但又是可实现的。<\/p>\n

Timed（限时）： <\/strong>10个月。<\/strong><\/p>\n

Goal:目标：积累3个月的生活储备资金，之后在NL100做到每月赢利€1,000。<\/span>

将大目标分成中等目标<\/b><\/h2>

\"\"大目标可以被分成中等目标。中等目标与你的实际目标紧密联系，但却可以更快地实现。<\/p>

同过这个方法，你的动力会更大，因为中等目标触手可及，可以让你更快获得成就感。计划较大的目标也比较困难和复杂，因为成功之路太长太复杂，存在被拖延阻碍实现总体目标的风险。<\/p>

通过中等目标，拖延的危险也比较小。中等目标包含的任务较少，所以可以更准确地计划。就算出现拖延，你也可以又快又轻松地改变你的计划。<\/p>

每个中等目标都应该，像你的总体目标一样，被定义为S.M.A.R.T.<\/p>

你还可以接着将中等目标分成更小一级的目标。你应该一直这么做下去，直到确切知道如何实现目标位置。<\/p>
