Revision of our StrategyPoints calculation

The calculation of the StrategyPoints at PokerStrategy.com will be changed slightly after this week's update.

For playing at InterPoker and Full Tilt Poker you will get two StrategyPoints per $1 rake like it was before. The StrategyPoints calculation for the other poker rooms has been changed slightly:

Calculation of StrategyPoints
Platform at the moment in the future
PartyPoker 1 PartyPoint = 1 StrategyPoint 1 PartyPoint = 1,25 StrategyPoints
Titan Poker $1 Rake = 4 StrategyPoints $1 Rake = 3 StrategyPoints
Full Tilt Poker $1 Rake = 2 StrategyPoints $1 Rake = 2 StrategyPoints
InterPoker $1 Rake = 2 StrategyPoints $1 Rake = 2 StrategyPoints
PokerStars Did not start yet
3 Base FPP (VPP) = 1 StrategyPoint
100 Base FPP (VPP) = +100 Bonus StrategyPoints
500 Base FPP (VPP) = +500 Bonus StrategyPoints

PartyPoker players are getting 25% more StrategyPoints than before. $1 rake at Titan Poker is worth 1 StrategyPoint less than before. The points had been overvalued when we started with Titan Poker as our first new partner. They had to be adjusted.

At PokerStars you are getting non-recurring bonus points if you reach a certain border: If you collect 100 Base FPP (VPP) you are getting an additional and non-recurring 100 StrategyPoints and as soon as you collect 500 Base FPP (VPP) you are getting an additional 500 StrategyPoints. Unfortunately you cannot collect StrategyPoints at PokerStars at the moment but we are working on a quick solution.

This revision will be implemented after the next points update.
