Unibet launch biggest regular tournament - Supermoon
A €40,000 guaranteed PKO with a €250 buy-in gets underway today, and every month thereafter.
PKOs are getting bigger and bigger at Unibet and tonight is the debut of Supermoon.
It is a two-day PKO tournament on the first Sunday of every month, starting tonight at 19:00 GMT.
It has a €250 buy-in and a €40,000 guarantee, which is the biggest regular guarantee at the site.
It does not replace the €20,000 guarantee SuperNova, which is still every Sunday at 18:00 GMT for €100.
Unibet Ambassador David Lappin said: “Dara, Ian and myself have been lobbying for this bad boy for ages! With no live Unibet Events in 2021, the Unibet faithful need to get their whistles wet once a month with something juicier. This is going to be a great addition to the schedule!”
Supermoon replaces the UK tour
If you are a regular MTT grinder at Unibet, this new tournament is replacing the UK Tour event that happened every month and had a lot of qualifiers.
Any player who had tickets or satellite tickets to UK Tour events will see those tickets either converted to bonus points or the equivalent Supermoon ticket/satellite ticket.
Existing UK Tour tickets will convert as follows:
