PokerTracker 3 End-of-Life - last day today!

Today's your last chance to get a free upgrade to PokerTracker 4 if you purchased PT3 in the last three years!

What does PT3 End-of-Life mean?

PT3PokerTracker 3 will reach its “End-of-Life” tonight at 23:59 GMT. When a PokerTracker version reaches this stage, it means that this version is considered obsolete.

The necessary software updates to assure online poker site compliance are no longer offered, and personalised technical support is no longer provided.

In order to continue receiving critical upgrades released periodically to assure you are compatible with all updates released by the online sites supported by PokerTracker, you will need to upgrade to PokerTracker 4.

Upgrade discounts

PokerTracker 4

All PokerTracker customers who have purchased PokerTracker 3 will be entitled to a PokerTracker 4 upgrade discount.

How much of a discount you're entitled to depends on the date you purchased PokerTracker 3:

• If you purchased PT3 on or after June 10, 2011, you're eligible for a free upgrade to PT4.

• If you purchased PT3 before June 10, 2011, you're eligible for a 40% discount on an upgrade to PT4.

However, you must act quickly if you haven't done so already, as all discounts expire when PT3 reaches its "End-of-Life" tonight.

Unsure of your PT3 purchase date?

If you can't remember the exact date you purchased PT3, simply head here and sign in to your PokerTracker account.

Once you've signed in, the discount that you're eligible for should appear on the left hand side at the top of the above landing page.

If your discount hasn't appeared, it's likely because your PT3 order isn't linked to your account. To remedy this, try using the "Search for PokerTracker 4 Upgrade Discounts" form that can also be found at the top of the linked page above.

If after all this you still can't track down your PT3 order, then please try contacting the PokerTracker support team who will be happy to assist you.
