Poker After Dark: The second round begins
With the pros eager to return to action, the seats were redrawn in the Poker After Dark's cash game and everything was set for another round of high stakes poker.
Poker After Dark returns with the second round of high stakes battles between Tom "durrrr" Dwan, Ilari "Ziigmund" Sahamies, Phil Ivey, Patrik Antonius, Eli Elezra and Howard Lederer.
While the lineup remains the same, the seats have been redrawn and now the audience can see how the players change their styles accordingly. Ziigmund (pictured right) is leading the losers' side, down by over $200,000, followed by Antonius who is down by $180,000 and Lederer who tried to keep his stack safe but still ended up losing over $100,000 thus far.
Meanwhile, durrrr has accumulated a monster stack of $583,000, which puts him up by just over $330,000. Ivey is also a big winner at the table, up by nearly $90,000, followed by Elezra who is up by $76,000.
Crazy Finn tries bluffing Ivey
The game is still $300/$600 NL Hold'em with $100 antes and the biggest change from the previous episodes is that durrrr has started losing pots while Antonius has started winning them. If he continues taking down pots, we could see Antonius (pictured right) on the winners' side soon enough.
Antonius is not the only Finn at the table and after the seats were redrawn, he found himself right next to his good friend Ziigmund. The two were happy to get a chance to talk in Finnish for a change but Ziigmund had little reasons to smile, as his stack still hasn't stopped bleeding. One big bluff in a hand against Ivey put Ziigmund at risk of potentially going broke for yet another time and you can find more info on that hand, as well as some more, below:
