You need to setup your anti-virus to allow OGHG's processes. When you download and run OGHG, you are asking OHGH to collect (mine for) poker hand info. OGHG does this by running a Miner process on your computer... that Miner process is essential for OGHG to accomplish it's primary function.
If you run/ran some anti-spyware software, it may have pointed to this Miner as a likely spyware type that should be removed. But it's not spyware/malware.
Many spywares put processes on your computer that probably behave very much like how our Miner behaves... so I understand why anti-spyware software might think the Miner is probably malware... but it's not.
Your best bet would be to contact the maker of your anti-virus software for help setting up your anti-virus, or uninstall it.
