wir wollten fuer Anfang Januar eine Hotelreservierung ueber venere.com taetigen. Dafuer wird eine Kreditkarte zur Buchungsgarantie benoetigt. Desshalb habe ich mir eine von Wirecard besorgt und zur Aktivierung ein Paar Euro geshippt. Obwohl auf der Website
Keine Abbuchung möglich! Sie müssen vor Ort im Hotel zahlen. Die Karte gilt lediglich als Buchungsgarantie.
steht, erreichte mich grad diese Mail vom Hotel:
For this reservation you have chosen the Non-refundable rate / HOT DEAL, one of the conditions of this special offer is that the total reservation value will be charged to your credit card directly at the time of booking. We have tried to charge the credit card you provided with your reservation, but unfortunately we were not able to. Could you please inform us with your credit card details XXXXXXXXXXX in case the number we received was not correct or please provide us with a different credit card that we can use to charge your reservation.
obv kann das Hotel den Betrag nicht abbuchen, da garnicht so viel drauf ist. Reicht es wenn ich Wirecard mit dem entsprechenden Betrag auflade und das Hotel dann abbuchen lasse oder spricht irgendwas gegen dieses Vorgehen?
Will wegen sowas nicht dass es ins Wasser faellt.
