€650.000 Premium Chase

The €650,000 Premium Chase promotion runs from 12:00 GMT on 30th December 2013 until the point at which the total prize-pool, as stated in the poker software, is €500,000.

All bet365 players are eligible to participate in €650,000 Premium Chase. In order to receive any prize(s) as a result of participation, players must opt in as follows: before the end of the promotional period for any prize for which they qualify by being awarded Coins; prior to when the total prize-pool reaches the amount which corresponds to the relevant draw for any prize which they win in any initial Milestone Draw. Any player who opts in can, subsequently, receive any prize which they win in any draw. It is only necessary to opt in once during the stated promotional period.

In order to qualify for a prize by being awarded Coins, players must number among the 5,000 who are awarded the most Coins during the promotional period. The amount of a player’s prize is determined by the number of Coins they are awarded relative to all other qualifying players.

In order to be awarded Coins, players must accumulate Merit Points. For each Merit Point accumulated on tables with the word ‘Premium’ at the beginning of the table name, Coins are awarded at the following rates: during the period from 00:00 GMT on 17th January 2014 until 23:59 GMT on 23rd January 2014, 1.25 Coins; during the period from 00:00 GMT on 14th February until 23:59 GMT on 20th February 2014, 1.5 Coins; during the period from 00:00 GMT on 14th March until 23:59 GMT on 20th March, two Coins; at all other times during the promotional period, one Coin. For each Merit Point accumulated on all other qualifying tables, Coins are awarded at the following rates: during the period from 00:00 GMT on 17th January 2014 until 23:59 GMT on 23rd January 2014, 0.625 Coins; during the period from 00:00 GMT on 14th February until 23:59 GMT on 20th February, 0.75 Coins; during the period from 00:00 GMT on 14th March until 23:59 GMT on 20th March, one Coin; at all other times during the promotional period, 0.5 Coins.

Only Merit Points accumulated on real money cash tables, both in the poker software and on Mobile Poker, of maximum stakes $2/$4, £2/£4 or €2/€4 count towards the award of Coins. Merit Points gained by any other method do not count towards the award of Coins.

Within 24 hours of the end of €650,000 Premium Chase, the accounts of qualified players are credited with the prize for which the player has qualified by being awarded Coins. Where any part of the prize amount for which the player has qualified is less than one whole euro, this is credited as a whole euro.

Should a player fail to log in to the poker software or Mobile Poker for a period of seven days subsequent to the prize being credited, it expires.

Any individual player may receive a maximum of one prize, for which they have qualified by being awarded Coins, as a result of €650,000 Premium Chase.

Information about €650,000 Premium Chase (current total prize-pool and players’ individual status) is displayed only in the poker software and not on Mobile Poker.

Any prize/bonus amounts offered will be calculated using the current currency multiplier table as determined at the sole discretion of bet365.

Where any term of the offer or promotion is breached or there is any evidence of a series of bets placed by a customer or group of customers, which due to a deposit bonus, enhanced payments, free bets or any other promotional offer results in guaranteed customer profits irrespective of the outcome, whether individually or as part of a group, bet365 reserves the right to reclaim the bonus element of such offers and in their absolute discretion either settle bets at the correct odds, void the free bets or void any bet funded by the deposit bonus. In addition bet365 reserve the right to levy an administration charge on the customer up to the value of the deposit bonus, free bet or additional payment to cover administrative costs. A Milestone Draw takes place within 24 hours of the total prize-pool, as stated in the poker software, reaching each of the following 10 amounts: €50,000, €100,000, €150,000, €200,000, €250,000, €300,000, €350,000, €400,000, €450,000 and €500,000.

In order to qualify for entry to any Milestone Draw, players must meet both the following criteria: have been awarded a minimum of one Coin in the period of 24 hours prior to when the total prize-pool reaches the amount which corresponds to the relevant draw; be logged in to the poker software or Mobile Poker when the total prize-pool reaches the amount which corresponds to the relevant draw.

In all Milestone Draws, prizes are awarded according to the order in which entries are drawn, as stated in the Prizes table above.

In all Milestone Draws, winning entries are drawn at random.

Any individual player may win a maximum of 10 prizes in total as a result of Milestone Draws: one in each draw.

The available prize item is an iPad mini Wi-Fi Model with 16GB storage (cash alternative €210).

Only winners whose account states UK as the registered country of residence are eligible to receive the stated prize item. All other winners receive the cash alternative and this is automatically credited to their account.

Within 24 hours of winning a prize item, eligible winners are contacted at the email address registered on their account to determine whether they wish to accept the prize item or request the cash alternative; delivery arrangements are made with players who accept the prize item. All cash alternatives are non-negotiable.

Should a winner fail to respond to contact regarding a prize item for 72 hours, they are automatically allocated the cash alternative.

Within 48 hours of a cash prize being won or a cash alternative being chosen as a result of a Milestone Draw, the account of the relevant winner is credited with the relevant cash amount.

Prize items are dispatched, where relevant, within 14 days of being accepted.
