I'm Having a Bit of a Problem with Neteller.

Hi, As I can't use Paypal on Pokerstars any more, I opened an account with Neteller. The verification process was a bit awkward (at least for me). However, I got an email from them saying all my documents had been accepted and my account is showing as 'standard'. Once I received this notice, I withdrew some cash from Stars. But I find that my Neteller account is still 'closed' and I cannot access my cash. I have sent several emails to Neteller trying to get my cash released but none of them have had any replies whatsoever. The cash is only a few hundred dollars but I would like it as it's mine. Has anyone got any suggestions as to how I can proceed. Thanks in advance.
