Hello. I recently opened a neteller account and used it one time. The second time i tried to put funds on the account it froze the account and said i had to verify. I followed all the steps and used a drivers license. The first time after two days I go an email stating that the images were not clear. I'm using an HD web cam, besides that if that was the case i software would not have accepted the images in the first place, but, i digress. I decided to try again this time using my cell phone camera (Galaxy S7), images were once again accepted, this time however the email informed me that it could not verify if the license was an official document. It clearly stated so. Is there anyone who can help. I've tried calling no response, and the support link dosn't work. I apologize if this is too long. I'm new.
