Hi i want to use neteller for my personal but my problem is the required documents my card is my drivers license card then in my billings same address but different name. Name of the owner of the house that im renting.. I hope neteller would answer thanks lot.

I have moved your thread to our Neteller board. There fits it better.
I'm not familiar with Neteller, but I expect you need to send a copy of a identity card or passport. I don't think a driver licence will be enough.
I expect you get bills with your own name as well. Otherwise a invoice could be good enough as well if you bought something.
Hopefully it helps a little bit, but if you have more questions don't hesitate to ask it.

you need to show bill some prove you living there you say you living and ide ore passport if you not have you can always call them
In your license, is it the address that you are renting? If not try to explain to them your situation and ask them if Barangay Clearance would suffice. Explain to them if that what barangay is.
