plz help me..... i m trying to verify my neteller account,,, i have enabled my webcam...all is ok...camera also working through desktop app...but after giving id card and ID NO it said in the next page that " your webcam is not enabled.plz try again" plz help me how can i overcome this problem.....

i have the same problem with my laptop. Solution is: go to neteller account thru mobile phone web browser, log in and there you can do this verify from mobile cameras!

does not work for me, same mistake as on desktop.
going to try my girlfriends laptop in the evening.
i am frustrated and worried since 90% of my bankroll is stored on NETELLER :x
I am also facing the same problem, did you found any solution?
