Why not to Bet just the flop yourself? If he is giving up then Bet yourself, you still have the opportunity to Check behind on turn if want and also gain fold equity. Might not even win the hand with just K high.

But as played, if he wanted to bluff why didn't he do it on the flop? But overall should be fine the Call cause we don't know the opponent and we also not doing it for winning the pot but making a note on the guy and his play with what he is min-raising. He might even have weaker Kx hands in his range.

Why do people always think that no worse hands Call us? We also secure us a free card for us cause he wont be betting the turn then. But meanwhile we will gain fold equity. Plus if for example we hit a pair or even a draw you can still decide what to do. If for example you Check the flop and he bets the same way on turn while you have a draw you wont have the implied odds to call and had to fold.

Why? Read above what I wrote, we gain fold equity, we gain a free card and we can decide whatever we do later on.
