Actually i would just call the Flop and raise the Turn for value. I think there's no reason why he should stop betting , unless K or A x hits but that occurs just too rarely. So by raising the flop you say "Hey, i've got something, you should better proceed passively" but if you just call you could easily have Ax type of hands and when you raise pairs and call Ax, your range is kind of unbalanced and you'll become easy to read.

On the RIber you have to pay off because unless he played 68 there's no hand he could have improved with. Or 88 but flushdraw is busted although i don't think that he would be checkraising the River as a bluff with a busted flushdraw but rather with a delayed set or 88 or something. From the stats he looks quite passive but you got 1:13 to call and his line looks weird. I would have paid off as well.

But after his turn call given we played 3bet pf, do we have a bet on the river? He must understand he beats nothing of JJ+,AK but still he calls. It's either a busted draw or a monster I think.

He's a tag and yes: He should normally realize that he doesn't beat a hand but he could level himself into a call because he may interpret the flopraise as weak and is tend to see the showdown with 44 55 77 or 99. The only hand that beats us after his Turncall is just 88 and we have another Bet against his worse pocketpair. I think JJ he'd capped Preflop or 3bet the Flop.

I mean if he's a TAG he basically shouldn't have 44,55,77 in his range after UTG raise, maybe for deception, but we don't have note about it. I think it's too thin to bet river in this spot.
