Hey caesar254,

welcome to the forums.
You need to delete the "user.config" file located in %localappdata%\PokerStrategy.com\PokerStrategy.com Elephant.

(copy the above adress into your windows explorer).

Start your windows search in this folder and search for "user.config". Delete every occurance.

I Have the same problem.

I removed Elephant. But I can't remove the PostgreSQL. It says that I don't have the Admins right, but i'm logged as an admin!
Same thing for the window user.

How can I repair that?

With the same problem, use my solution. No need to uninstall anything.

Install PokerStrategy.com Elephant again and use my solution above.

That's precisely why you need to follow the above mentioned steps.

Locate every "user.config" file, remove it and you are clear to start PokerStrategy.com Elephant and a new configuration file will be created - prompting you to enter your postgreSQL credentials.

I don't find the "user.config"
I just found a file "configuration" wich by the way is empty.
