FLOP ($0.95) K♣ J♠ 4♥

UTG bets $0.50, Hero calls $0.50

UTG checks, Hero bets $1.20, UTG calls $1.20

RIVER ($4.35) K♣ J♠ 4♥ 6♦ A♦

UTG bets $4.76 (AI), Hero folds

I put him in alot of Jx, some str8draw Qt,AT,T9 and some weacker Kx. Do u agree with this range?
Turn I value bet worse J and str8 draws, is a nice bet here or is better pot control and try to get to sdw ?

River he can hit str8 or 2pairs, I dont think this vilian turn Jx on bluff so ez fold.

Hello mawaykid,

Guess you posted a wrong hand cause I don't see turn. :P I would still be calling the flop and reevaluating it on the turn.

His range may even be wider. :)

Best Regards.

valuebetting AJ may be ok, though I usually check it back. You can always go for value on River. Valuebetting QJ is too thin.

As played fold River for sure.

Well, do you think a lot worse hands even pay you on the turn? If you think so then I don't even mind that. Another option would be to Check behind and reevaluate it on the river and maybe pick there thin value. :)
