The positioning of the "Poker is not a crime" statement kind of detracts from the symmetry of the image, don't you think?

but if i took a photo of a guy eating cake with handcuffs on and wrote "eating cake isn't a crime" would it be art?
If you would take a picture of yourself farting popcorns, that would be art, for sure ♦

Alright because of popular demand i will now venture into the art business. Everything will ofc be B&W, and my first piece will be cake related. stay tuned

I took a similar picture to this one time, only my handcuffs were pink and fluffy. And I wasn't wearing a nice suit. And it wasn't cards or poker chips I was holding.
And what I was doing technically is a crime.
