You have just 9 hands on MP3.
But i will respect his 11 VP$IP. So i will fold TT.
And your position is not perfect - you can be raised by someone behind you.
I don't think that call 3-bet is profitable.

Flop: Why are you betting? Which hands will call you? I guess you made that for semi bluff.
But i guess SB will call you with Ax.

MP3 has very good hands like: AA, AK, KK, QQ, JJ.

Against only MP3 i will play flop like you do. But not against 2 players (there are chance for c/r)

I disagree with Alesh here in some of his opinions;

I do like to 3bet here with my TT, I do not respect his VPIP because 1/9 = 11% so it is only 1 sample based on 9 hands. Given the fact you get dealt Aces once in 220 hands, it is easy variance

Now when SB coldcalls your 3bet, he definitely does not have KK+,AK. So his range are more hands that do not want to get it in with so he can/should have QQ-JJ far more often

Now when MP3 raises over the top, we can then easily fold because his range is JJ+,AK for sure:
