Last days are not very lucky for me when it comes to poker softwares. I had a problem with PokerStars today but I read on the forum that updating can help. I did the update and my computer restarts now when I turn PokerStars on. Any ideas why and how to fix it?

Hi,

Not sure about your problem, but fwiw my problem has been resolved by unistalling then re-installing the pokerstars client, worth a try i guess!

There was a problem with the latest update. If you didn't update your PS6 software, it didn't connect.
But this issue is now resolved and even older clients are working without an update.

I have sort of the same problem. It sometimes takes up to 10 minutes to connect to there server. I know my Internet connection is slow, but not that slow.
