BB is really tight and not calling much. Should I have called that? Seems like it'd take too much of my stack at this stage with only 12bb if I lost it.
Managed to ship the SnG in end so it may have been the right decision

That's something I'm trying to work on! Making sure in HEM I only have the hands tab open and don't look at the results tab. Only problem is 888 shows cashier on home page

You are getting excellent odds and 3.5 bb's shove should be wide enough to iso-shove here.
Even if you lose you have 9 bb's so plenty of fold equity.
