Is this a marginal push fot almost 12 BBs?

If there is no antes and it is normal speed sng than it is way too loose. Maybe only if all the players are nits, than you can maybe think about pushing, imo fold and find better spot.

Its a marginal push, but not way too loose. With tight opponents its ok.

I believe that the blinds are to high for a speculative raise here with no limpers and and 3 more players to act. I believe you have enough fold equity but once called almost no showdown value. I believe the best line would be to fold in this spot.

When this guy is sitting on BB i wouldnt shove. He is too loose.

This. Our opponents stats' do not determine how loose or tight he is. Often players who play loose early on tighten up way too much later on. I would imagine that the average fish is tighter than the average regular when it comes to 10bb stacks.
