hey vonks, what happened with yours and Alex's students?
I do not know. The one stopping coming online, the other has been busy with... I dno. Like school and stuff I guess, he's still playing but hardly ever contacts either of us. Spoken to him like once or twice in the last few months.
It's a shame to see such a opperunity go to waste, but at least we tried.

Can I replace someone? ♠_cool:
The last 3 days I've made changes to my diet. I've switched over to Atkins/LCHF. I've seen alot of talk about LCHF but Ive always found it a bit weird to eat that much fat.
What made me consider it is basically because I've been thinking for a long time about how we're probably not made to eat all these fabricated foods, and pasta, breads etc. My friend suggested to me that I should cut out all this kind of stuff, and that I'd feel much better doing so. Less tired, stop craving chocolates and what not. I was also linked to a video, which you can find in the spoiler below (yes, its an hour long and if you dont really care about what you eat and what this does to you you probably shouldnt bother watching it).
Spoiler
After watching it, I felt like it would be worth a try. I started reading up more on LCHF (I figured, since it's more popular, at least in Sweden, I'd find more recepys and information about it and it sounded just about the same to me so I decided to go with LCHF instead), and well what I read made sense.
I've been at it for 3 days, and I have to say I like it so far. I am still a bit grossed out sometimes at the amount of fat that you need to eat, but from what I understand u need the fat since it's your new energysource. I DO feel less tired, and I just overall feel pretty good, apart for some withdrawal symptoms (such as moodswings and a bit of a headache, which seems to be normal according to the info I found).
I've always loved bread, so first thing I did was look for some recepys. I found a recepy which contained eggs, philadelphia cheese (not sure what this rly is in english) and salt. I tried it out yesterday, and I have to say it turned out pretty good. I also tried turning one into a pizza, which wasnt bad at all either.
Is there anyone else into LCHF? Is there any interest of me keeping u guys updated on how things are going?

I was linked to another good video (ty sir!), and apart from his really REALLY annoying swedish accent, I liked this video more than the other one. This one is more aimed at weightloss tho I felt like, but having already seen the other one I think this one is great.
I esp like the part with the chart of american states and obesity. Or well, dislike. It's really scary, and I think it becomes pretty obvious that the increase of for example diabetes is obviously caused by the increased intake of sugars (and carbs?).
The first "picture" is also eye-opening. It took thousands of years for us to evolve, but it didnt take quite that long for obesity to develope to where it is today.
Something else I've become pretty aware of is how much stuff is actually put into processed foods. Because of the Low Carb thing I'm not supposed to eat things with more than 5% carbs and even then, not too much of it. It's really schocking how much stuff I have to put back on the shelfs.
