Hi biogas,

Have you contacted the Poker Room about your missing boosts?

I'm not sure what you mean by boost missing. I've only been on Poker770 for a month, and what I realized is that "boost" isn't an "end of the month" thing, but it simply multiplies Points770 you earn while playing, based on your current VIP level.

For example, at the table, you'll see you earned 0.11 Points770 after playing a few hands, while in the Poker770 lobby it will say you earned 0.22 this session.

That's what they mean when they say "boost is added in real time." So, if in March you got some high VIP rank, I'd suggest you try to put in a volume in April to earn those extra points.

Well I noticed that after a session in the bottom of the page it shows around double amount of the points for that session, than I actually earned. But the amount of points added to my account was normal at the end of a day (22 points per 1$). So I dont think any "real time" thing is working.

And yes I received my boost today, which was 49 points for around 35$ rake generated +bronze status (I play sng's on iPoker so easy to track rake... ok ok I know it's ridiculous to pay 20% rake, but free money to start with...). Sent email to support, will see what happens.

So ot the response:

<...> This actually means that to you' ve received a 150% real-time boost for each of the 758.22 Points770 you've earned during March.

The 49.04 Points770 you've received on April, the 5th, correspond to our monthly special boost which is meant to reward your overall Poker770 activity and which takes into account a wide range of variables such as: your total deposits on our site, the number of active days at our tables, your VIP level for the past months and a lot more. <...>

So they do add it real time, but as I have no idea how many points I had before the start of march, cant say much if it works. Just wondering, that at the start of the march I was at lower level, so how could they add real time 150% bronze boost real time...

So, yeah, "Boost" means real-time bonus. You can check it at any table you play on:

Points770 and Points770+Boost is displayed in upper left corner

So, yeah - I'm Bronze VIP status, that means 2,5 multiplier is applied to my won points (4,46 * 2,5 = 11,15). Out of this I get 11,15 awarded to my account, but only 4,46 is used for clearing any bonuses or getting a higer VIP rank.

Extra boost is calculated by some mysterious formula and seems to be awarded early in the month, you don't get an explanation or notice about it.

Hope this clears everything up!

Hi Guys,

Hows it going?

Regarding the boost calculations at Poker770, the extra boost is based on the following:

1) Your monthly deposits

2) the days you’ve played per month

3) the number of months you’ve been active on the website and;

4) the VIP status achieved the previous month

For example; if you collect 2,000 points by the end of the month, you will reach the Elite Status. You will therefore benefit from a Boost of 300%. Consequently, you will have 8,000 Points770. Afterwards you’ll be able to get an Extra Boost depending on the previous criteria. Your points can go up again to a maximum of 2,800 points. Which means that you will have 11,600 points to use as you please in our Shop.

Best of luck at the tables,

Mark.

Sorry but i m totally confused...
I earned 2,270 status points and i only have about 2,800pts for the shop...
I also got the 750 needed for the bronze status but i dont think i got the multiplier...
So my question is... How often does the VIP status awarded?
Is it instantly or at the end of the week ,month ,etc?
This rakeback system is by far the most complicated i ve seen...

VIP ranks are awarded at the beginning of the month based on points you earned in the previous one.

"Extra boost" is still calculated by a mysterious formula, because we don't know how much each of the things they listed contributes to the extra points awarded.

if you collect 2,000 points by the end of the month, you will reach the Elite Status. You will therefore benefit from a Boost of 300%. Consequently, you will have 8,000 Points770.

i've only played for a month on Poker770 and i haven't received such a bonus.. only multiplier that i explained in my previous post.

Omg that is so confusing...
That means i get the silver-gold status at the start of the next month?
And do my points get multiplied or not?
grrr

yes, you get VIP status at the start of month.
since the start of month your points get multiplied as you earn them (explained).

i haven't experienced my already earned points multiplied (like they say: "you earn 2k in a month.. and suddenly, you have 8k due to 300% bonus"). i didn't get that.

This is blatant LIE!
cash bonus is credited to your money balance but you can't withdraw it, which makes it some kind of bonus!
Moreover you can't get proper answer what you have to do to release that cash!
As so many things which are intentionally misleading on this site such as previous posters question about boosting points earned that month, that won't happen your points will be boosted in real time next month, even though on their vip page is immplied that they will be boost that very month you earn them.
Very slow withdrawals are this site's least concern!
So what are withdrawal requirements for "cash bonus" you scummy site

Hello,

Please consider that cash bonuses purchased from our Shop are credited automatically on your Real Balance, with no restrictions regarding a future cash out. However, there are also cash bonuses, which have pre-established conditions, depending on the terms of a specific promotion/offer.

For example, there are cash bonuses awarded thanks to the registration via an affiliate, cash bonuses offered via a promotion set on the website(like our regular Cash Machine promotion). For all these bonuses, we have clearly mentioned the requirements that players need to meet so that they can easily cash out.

Should you have a specific query on any of these bonuses, you can contact the Support Team, at support@poker770.co.uk, for further details.

As for the Boost Points, please note that depending on your Vip Status, Points you earned during a table game will be multiplied in real time. To be more specific, players having WHITE status, will be offered a 25% Boost of the Points they have earned at the table in question. You can find yourself these details on the following page http://www.poker770.com/en/vip-club.

Hope this information to be useful,

Regards,

Yoanna

okay, shop now works :)

------- original post -------

Poker770 has redesigned it's shop a little - but, more imporantly, has changed the prices of their cash/reload_bonus (the old bonus $) items. link: http://www.poker770.co.uk/shop/

reminder:
cash bonus: you get the money instantly added to your balance
reload bonus: you need to clear, 750 pts for $10 chunks (rate of clearing stayed the same!) (unfortunately ^^;)

and now for the best part:
cash bonus value has been drastically improved:
$5 for 4k pts (used to be 5k)
$10 for 8,500 pts (used to be 9900)
$25 for 14,400 pts (used to be 24,500) :O
$100 for 49,500 pts (used to be 96k) :O!
$250 for 106,200 pts (used to be 240k) :O!!
$1,000 for 360,000 pts (the rest didn't exist, but are much better than the prizes they replaced)
$2,750 for 886,500 pts
$7,500 for 2,317,500 pts
$15,000 for 4,050,000 pts

and if you're interested in % of cashback, i've updated the spreadsheet for "reload bonus" and "cash bonus."

the prices are better now for both - bonuses and cash, but I thing it is only august promotion for a new VIP shop.

but reality is not good for players. I usually buy only bonuses to clear, it is better value. But if you have a look at the normal prices, which will be from september" they seem to be higher. It decreases RB :(. For example: $ 250 bonus costs (26K points) a new normal price will be 30K...etc.

I don`t know what to think about it, but it seems that we wil have much less rakeback as we have now. (in september) X(

oh! thanks for the heads-up Anarkii14! I only now noticed it's just a temp "sale" lasting until 31st of August. Oww! http://www.poker770.co.uk/promotions/promo/shop_sales

well, i guess i'll be trying to clear as many $10 bonuses as I can, lol. ^^
because I agree with your strategy, clearing bonuses gives more value then buying the instant cash ones.

and, yeah, RB was never really great on Poker770, but due to some promotions (Cash Machine and Cash Point for me) you really can get some cash out of that site. It was good for me when I just got the $50 from PS&P770.

prices are better for what?
i can see tournaments tokens become more expensive

Is it just me, or is it the more you play the worse your RB% is? Can't figure it out.
