Hi all,

Well, can't believe it's almost Summer again and the Euros will begin in just over 7 weeks time! The tables and fixtures are as follows:

Fixtures

8th June:

  • Poland v Greece
  • Russia v Czech Republic

9th June:

  • Netherlands v Denmark
  • Germany v Portugal

10th June:

  • Spain v Italy
  • Rep. Ireland v Croatia

11th June:

  • France v England
  • Ukraine v Sweden

12th June:

  • Poland v Russia
  • Greece v Czech Republic

13th June:

  • Denmark v Portugal
  • Netherlands v Germany

14th June:

  • Croatia v Italy
  • Rep. Ireland v Spain

15th June:

  • France v Ukraine
  • England v Sweden

16th June:

  • Poland v Czech Republic
  • Greece v Russia

17th June:

  • Netherlands v Portugal
  • Denmark v Germany

18th June:

  • Rep. Ireland v Italy
  • Croatia v Spain

19th June:

Quarter Finals

21st June:

  • Winner Group A v Runner Up Group B (QF1)

22nd June:

  • Winner Group B v Runner Up Group A (QF2)

23rd June:

  • Winner Group C v Runner Up Group D (QF3)

24th June:

  • Winner Group D v Runner Up Group C (QF4)

Semi Finals

27th June:

  • Winner QF1 v Winner QF2

28th June:

  • Winner QF3 v Winner QF4

Final

1st July:

  • Winner SF1 v Winner SF2

Group A : Russia and Czech Republic
Group B ( really the toughest one ever) : Netherlands and Denmark!
Group C: Spain and Croatia
Group D: Ukraine and France!

ok i'm not sure about france and denmark but i it should be really interesting group stage this year! i'm rooting for oranje surely; )

Top Scorer: Gonna be a German! Haven't decided whom yet though!

Spain seem to be the popular choice again but can't help think there may be a surprise this time. Germany or Italy maybe!

Greece and Russia
Netherlands and Germany
Spain and Italy
Sweden and England ( We may be lucky enough? ;) )

Top Scorer is going to be Spanish, they have the easiest route imo. Groub B will be a tough one to get the goals.

Netherlands will win.

England will just make us all facepalm again I think Spain will run away with it but would be nice to see a few suprises

I believe that Spain will win the trophy and that Gomez will be the top goal scorer.

sickening that ukraine and poland were top seeded for this. poland are easily the worst team in participation

Yep, that's what I thought.

I'll have look around for a better one, Daily Fail and the Sun normally run leagues for the big tourney's. I'll keep you posted.

Ok, I'm going with the following to progress:

  • Greece & Russia
  • Germany & Portugal
  • Spain & Italy
  • England & France

I will also put a table together with our predictions for a bit of fun and work out some scoring for predictions etc. Watch this space...
