I bought HM2 pro and after the yesterday update it says that i have 15 more days left to use it.
Can i enter the same serial that i install it again ? Will i have a problem ?
Why is this @#$%%&# happening ?

Hey hey,
same thing happened to me. So I just used the serial number again and it all works the same as before, no problems whatsoever 
As to why this happened, I can't help you there Maybe it was a fluke or just something they wanted to get done again for some unknown reason.

Happened to me, too. I just used the serial again and it's now working like a charm. 
Thanks for the replies i was afraid to use the same serial again cause maybe the program would be locked or not working for some reason.
Or maybe the serial would be useless.

I have had the same problem and i have tried to reuse the serial number and i am being told its invalid. I have no clue as to why this has happened but I have emailed support and am waiting for a response. 
The key must begin with HM2-....
Please login to your www.holdemmanager.com account and check your key there. It may be necessare to use the "Reset profile" button.

Hi i managed to reload hm2 with cash game results still there but now all my tourny results have gone and says there are no hands in the history?
Please check your filters, date/time settings, game type and player name.
Can you change from an alias to a real screenname and restart and check again?
