Hi!

I'm struggling with that spots too, but given he is a tighter player, and the players usually play honestly in 3-bet pots, and this is a draw heavy board I fold this hand after this raise.

He is tight, I think you get value only from AK and KQ on the flop.

I always heard that "No fold with TPTK/Overpair in 3bet pot"... but it's hard for me to shove there. I think I would fold on the flop

Nah, we ain't getting away while he could as well have KQ in his range. Doesn't really seem to be a good player either.

And what will be the good play here if the villain just call on the flop, and on the turn he check/raise us? Still get it in?

Not folding this hand in a 3bet pot, he could have AK/KQ.

The pot will be big enough that we wont be able to fold.
