this is a tough spot. the problem here is, that if u call utg will most likely call as well. so u need to keep in mind that there are most likely pp's around waiting for the set. and even if the flop comes a or k high u need to fold to big action in the hand. im pretty sure 3bet/broke wudnt be too bad, cuz of the dead money, but i dont see ppl going broke with worse ax so early. so i think calling is ok if u r able to fold to too much action on the flop, even if u hit good.

I would simply call his bet and fold on turn if I fail to improve my hand.

Postflop: I'd call the flop and fold the turn unemproved. Preflop is a close spot though, vs a raise and a call I think shipping it in is fine here, or making it 350 and calling an all-in. Vs a single raise we can call.
