I think that there is space and room to any1 that like share or express any form of disappointment on this forum

plus, sometime (specially if the thing go extended in time) that's helps to deal better with bad feels and negative emotions

When its been happening to you for 2 weeks str8 and you cant seem to catch a break its gets frusterating

hahaha no doubt, it took me almost a minute and all of my time clock to make the call, the guy was jus so donkey and he 4 bet shoved his whole stack just seemed like it was to push me off

when i finally made the call and seen I was right I was so happy, then the flop comes lol ughhh thats enough to send anyone over

Trying reviewing your plays and see where you could have played better. You gotta adjust to your opponents and table dynamics since every player isn't the same. Good luck at the tables.

I gotta a pretty messed up graph, but I never gave up when my bank took a huge hit. I realised that a part of it had to do with my own lack of self-discipline, tilting, blaming other people, and raising with rags. I went back and reviewed my hands, watch some videos, took some time away from the tables to let go of the money that I lost the day before and I would come back with a clear conscious mind.
