I am not quite certain personally what has gone wrong, but our team who are working with our partner rooms are trying to communicate with 888poker and try to figure out what has gone wrong.

We are not saying that it's 100% certain that those of you who are experiencing trouble will be unable to play, but at this time it seems as if we will not be able to find a solution in time to the problems some members are having with registering, and the tournament is now only just over 30 minutes left to start.

We are truly sorry about the inconvenience caused and as mentioned we will try to work together with 888poker to find a way to rectify this. Please be patient as this is a process that may take a few days.

When it was around 30 min for the tournament to start i asked the customer service from 88poker what will happen and they sad if they don't solve the problem they will reschedule the tournament... and now i see it running

As a compensation for the issue with the depositors freeroll on Saturday this week 888poker have decided to set up a WSOP Step 2 private tournament for the players who were not eligible to participate in the original freeroll despite having made qualifying deposits.

This exclusive WSOP Step 2 Tournament will be run on the 7th of June whereby the top 10 will get a seat for the Step 3 WSOP tournaments.

Eligible players will be contacted and receive an invitation from 888poker.
