Please explain the results of this hand, I'm a tard and will never ever get this on my own

BTN wins $400

BTN and BB got ticket of 8.80$ i got 3rd place. why it's so?
Edit: its 3$ Hyper turbo satellite, blinds at 100/200.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but in this case BB had bigger stack than yours thats why he took 2nd place.

Simple, you all use 77JQ from the deck, which leves 1 card to use from your 2 cards. BTN has 77JQ8, so he beats you both( you have 77JQ6 and the 3rd guy 77QJ5- uses the deck as both his cards are lower) the reason you are third is that you have less chips and because of that you are eliminated first in such situations.
It doesn't matter that you beat the 3rd guy because both of you lose to BTN and are eliminated. Note that the person with least chips in triple, quadruple..etc all-ins is eliminated first.
