Ok next step bye bye NL5 welcome NL10!!! I've played NL5 for a long time now (8k graphed hands) and now it's time to move up. I have more than 20BI for NL10 so I give it a shot. If I fall below $150 than I move down again to NL5.

And I'm trying Zoom now. Only one table give me time enough to think. Posting also a lot of hands on different places so things must improve!!!

I know I said that I won't post graphs but this are the 1800 hands that I collected now on NL10. Hope that I keep running like this!!! Next goal is volume on NL10 and learning about 3betting and postflop play.

Didn't read much last 2 days. Putting in some practice on the tables. As mentioned yesterday I now play Zoom NL10 fullring and I think I like it. Keeping it by just one table at the moment and if I not feel confident I will quit.

Today for the first time in 2k hands I lost one buyin in one hand and that hurts. Posted the hand in the Dutch forum to look if I made a mistake or if it was bad luck. But when finished I ended up with a small plus.

The difference between NL5 and NL10 is that on NL10 much more stealing occurs. Or is this a zoom thing.... Tommorow I gonna read the 3betting and stealing chapters in the book. I think I miss lots of value on this part now. If I have read those 2 chapters I'm done with the preflop section and hope that I understand this and aply these concepts in practice.

Had catch up a new idea. I'm translating fundemental four (solid play) to Dutch. Writing everything down after I've read it several times is +EV. Also if I reread it I can do it in my own language. ♦

I don't know yet if I'm translate other fundamentals. I think when I'm done I got the whole book in Dutch and maybe I sent it to Verneer so he can check it. ♦ Just kidding, it will be used for personal use only!!!

Things went very well today. Played almost 300 hands and again had a little plus at the end. Winrate is now almost 14bb/100 I hope I can keep up this rate.

Sorry didn't updated this blog for a long time. Have to do it on a regular base. Seems that some people read this. ♦

But I'm still Zooming. ♦ Zoom is really great, I really don't know why I didn't like it in the first place.

Only my bankroll is stucked around $200 for a while now. Don't know if I must stay on NL10 or if it's better to move down to NL5 again.......pfff think I stay on NL10 unless I go down to 15BI or so than I move down to NL5.

PS. tried LH also but that is really not my thing. Also a reason that my BR is stucked.

Time to put some life in this blog again.

Because of the summer and vacation played not a lot last month. But I tried to pick up the playing NL10 yesterday after some study. I did try to play at Monday but with that milestone madness on Stars it was almost impossible to find some good tables. But yesterday the madness was over and I could play again. No waitinglist of 20+ on the tables and only regs if you find a seat.

Again I play will NL10 fullring regular. I think on fullring the variance is smaller then on 6max and experts (like verneer) all advise to start at FR and learn the basics there. I still study from his book and will continue doing this. I’ve read it now once but gonna reread it this month.

Ok, back on yesterdays session. Played not very good and ended the session with a loss. Biggest losing hand was a cooler got KK pre allin against QQ but villain rivered a set. Posted some hands for Veriz to judge. No doubt that I will get some good feedback from him.

To get me going I set some goals for shortterm and one for the longterm. In this blog I will keep track on them.

Shortterm:

[ ] reread “Building a Bankroll”
[ ] attend every week to one coachingsession
[ ] get active in the handevaluation-section
[ ] look for some good videos
[ ] bankrollmanagement

Longterm:
[ ] reach NL25 in 4 months (not mandatory, just to keep me motivated)
