I am not saying that he should play 8pm to 6am every day.
But there surely is a middle point where he could go out, drink beer and yet be able to play some of the max EV time.
Second week - adding more tables ![]()
Today I tried a little bit more tables, but I found out I can play only 8 regular and 4 zoom. If I want more, I have to play on super small tables and it's pretty hard to see stats and tables looks weird, a little bit blurry. When 24tabled some time ago, it wasn't so. Maybe I have some problems with contrast or something else. For this week I'm going to play that way, 8 regular, 4zoom. It feels I finished my session almost 2 hours earlier than usual ♦ If it won't be enough, I will remake my HUD or buy 3rd monitor to play more next week ♠_cool:
This day was OK I guess, not huge profit, but every day with a profit is OK ![]()
P.S. I played a tournament live yesterday, but didn't manage to get any $$$. Got busted by donk
It was mega pro player. This wasn't how he busted me, but this one shows how "good" he is. He raised MP 4x with ~30bb stack, flop came Js9s5d. He overshoved for something like 2.5 pots with 7c4c, got called and won obv ♦ His opponent had QsTs, I run this in pokerstove, he had almost 10% equity ![]()
Here's today's graph

Didn't know you were going to play the LPS, how was it? I heard they reached like 90 players, despite having claimed it would be capped at 80?
As you say, any day in green is a good day!
LPS was pretty sick ♦ They extended late reg till level 6 or something, that's why others could register after knocking somebody out.
Nice going. Being down nearly 2k early and finishing with profit must be nice.
Looking forward for more updates with green results!
Seems sick , half session down 6k, 2nd half in profit already.
sick0
btw - you play fr/sh ?
I play sh, have u seen 20bi swings in fr over 12k hands ?♦ Many ppl might think I play PLO after looking to my graph
Sick day
This day was supper sick. I had 3bet and 4 bet pots at 4 - 6 tables at the same moment all day long
I had a headache after lunch, that's why I had to take a fast nap. At least this is new winning record for a day I guess
OK, I'm busy right now, I will show some hands how to increase variance tomorrow. Here's the graph :

Nice graph :), what limits do you play?
Like NL500 ZOOM mixed with NL600 regular?
Question:
I play regular 10NL and ZOOM NL10 and I move up to nl25 next week,
But I want to choose 1 of them, this because it seems that I cant swich between ZOOM and regular and their different dynamics, so I have to pick one of them I think.
Also my ZOOM stats don't fit the regular (micro) tables I think (26-23-8)
If you were me, would you move to nl25 ZOOM or nl25 regular and why?
Where will I learn the most and witch of them has the best opportunity to beat and move up in stakes?
(Sorry for my english)
Hi, martijnde !
I think if You wanna focus on volume and play more hands, You should play zoom. If You wanna get some better reads on players and play more poker instead of grinding, go to regular tables. But it's hard to tell which one is better for learning - more experience (hands) or better decision making. I'd suggest zoom because I believe You could make more money there when You figure out how to exploit players there. Real poker starts around nl100 so you should be focusing on your bankroll to get there asap.
P.S. I play nl200 only so far.
Still running good
Today I'm running some buyins above EV again, at least getting something back, anyways many buyins below ev this year. I'm kinda super busy again, but I will try to find some hands I promised yesterday a little bit later.

Still pretty amazing that you're on schedule for the full 12k per day each day so far!
And gz on another decent day!
